Ordering & Payment
How do I pay for my order?
We accept direct bank transfer (wire / SWIFT) only. After you place an order you will see our bank details and IBAN together with your order reference. Your order ships as soon as the payment is received — please quote the order reference on your transfer.
Why don't you accept PayPal or credit cards?
Direct bank transfer keeps our prices low by avoiding gateway fees of 3–5%, and it is the standard payment method for medical-device trade. You can also send us your bank remittance slip on WhatsApp for faster processing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single instrument at the standard price. Bulk discounts start at 10 pieces per item and increase at 30, 50 and 100 pieces.
How do the bulk discounts work?
Discounts apply per product line: 10–29 pieces save 10%, 30–49 save 15%, 50–99 save 20% and 100+ save 25%. Orders of 10 pieces or more in total ship free.
Can I get a formal quotation or proforma invoice?
Yes. Use the Request a Quote button on any product or the quote page, and we will send a proforma invoice within one business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We regularly ship to Europe, the USA, the UK, the Middle East, Asia and Africa by DHL, FedEx, UPS or air/sea freight for larger orders.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment and arrive in 3–7 days by express courier. Custom or private-label orders usually take 3–6 weeks.
Do I have to pay import duty?
Import duties and local taxes are set by your country and are paid by the buyer on arrival. We provide a commercial invoice and the documentation needed for customs clearance.
Products & Materials
What is German-grade stainless steel?
It refers to martensitic stainless steels (AISI 410, 420, 440A) that meet the DIN EN ISO 7153-1 specification for surgical instruments — not the country of manufacture. Each pattern is made from the grade that suits its function.
Are your instruments reusable?
Yes. All our stainless steel instruments are reusable and can be steam-sterilised at 121–134 °C. We also manufacture economy single-use patterns for tenders on request.
Which certifications do you hold?
Pak Line Industries operates an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system, is FDA registered, and supplies CE-marked instruments with EU MDR-compliant technical documentation. Certificates are available on request.
Do you offer private label and OEM manufacturing?
Yes. We laser-mark your logo and codes on instruments, produce from your samples or drawings, and pack in your branded packaging.
Returns & Warranty
What is your warranty?
Every instrument is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If an instrument fails under normal use and care, we replace it.
Can I return an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first with your order reference; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is defective.
