Sialkot: the world's instrument workshop
Sialkot has been the global centre of surgical instrument making for more than a century — a city where forging, grinding, filing and polishing skills pass from master to apprentice. Our founder, Haji Muhammad Ramzan, learned that craft and began making scissors for local surgeons in 1965, quickly earning a reputation for edges that stayed sharp.
In 1985 he founded Pak Line Industries. After 1997 he led the company together with his five sons, adding dental and beauty lines, opening an international office in Dubai and launching a manicure brand in the UK. Since 2022 his son Haji Muhammad Imran has led the company as CEO, investing in certification, R&D and direct online sales.
