Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after your bank transfer is received.
• Express delivery by DHL / FedEx / UPS typically takes 3–7 business days. Tracking is sent by email and WhatsApp.
• Free express shipping on orders of 10 or more pieces. Smaller orders ship for a flat $25.
• Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number first.
• Defective instruments are replaced free of charge, including shipping.
• Custom, laser-marked or private-label products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds are made by bank transfer to the originating account within 7 business days of receiving the return.
