30-day returns
If you are not satisfied, you can return unused instruments in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to return
- Email info@pak-line.com or WhatsApp +92 300 871 3377 with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We confirm the return and send you the return address.
- Pack the items securely and send them with a tracked service.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Return postage is paid by the customer, except when the item was defective or we sent the wrong item — then we cover it.
Items that cannot be returned
- Instruments that have been used, sterilised or damaged after delivery.
- Custom orders: laser-marked, coated, private-label or made-to-pattern items (unless defective).
- Single-use or opened sterile products.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Custom orders can be cancelled until production starts.
