Every Pak Line instrument is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
What is covered
- Cracked or broken joints, box locks or ratchets under normal use.
- Misaligned jaws or tips present on delivery.
- Defects in tungsten-carbide inserts or coatings caused by manufacturing.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including dulling of cutting edges over time.
- Damage from misuse, dropping, improper cleaning chemicals or incorrect sterilisation.
- Instruments repaired or modified by a third party.

Send your order number and photos to info@pak-line.com. If the defect is confirmed we replace the instrument free of charge, including shipping.
