Products
Our instruments are intended for use by trained medical, dental, veterinary, beauty and educational professionals. Reusable instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilised before use. Product photos are representative; minor differences in finish may occur between batches.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept card payments through Payoneer and direct bank transfer. An order is confirmed once payment is received. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for loss or injury resulting from incorrect use, cleaning or sterilisation of instruments.
