Free delivery over $500
Orders with a product subtotal of $500 or more ship free by express courier to any country we deliver to. For smaller orders, the courier rate for your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom, laser-marked or coated items are dispatched within 7–15 business days, depending on quantity.
- Express delivery (DHL, FedEx or UPS) usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once the payment reaches our account.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves Sialkot.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing. We declare the true value of every shipment.
Damaged or missing parcels
